Anvil London had the pleasure of collaborating with the brilliant DLSM Studio (formally DesignLSM) on the design and build of the Gaucho restaurant in Covent Garden.

Gaucho Covent Garden is where London’s artistic soul meets the fiery passion of Buenos Aires. It was a pleasure to create a space that pulses with energy and urban elegance, layered with South American flair and shimmering with faded glamour and the seductive rhythm of tango.

DLSM Studio, the lead designers for the Gaucho chain, have reimagined Gaucho’s identity, leaving behind the iconic cowhide for a bold aesthetic that celebrates local character and Argentina’s vibrant cultural heartbeat. Following their success with Charlotte Street and Glasgow, this concept brings drama, decadence, and authenticity to the heart of Covent Garden.
