Collaborating with the independent commercial real estate team at Pembrey Asset Management on the design, Anvil controlled the tender package, scope of works, project programme and delivery of the full build of the interiors for the Fourth Floor development at Park Street. The work was completed within a very short timeframe and to the exacting standards demanded by the prestigious location.
